12 week group program
This group program is a starter pack for sustainable weight-loss.
Combining traditional calorie tracking with behaviour change coaching to ensure you’re not only making progress, but that you are equipped with the knowledge and skills to maintain it.
Weekly in-person meetings (with NO weekly weigh-ins) create a welcoming space to discuss how you’re getting on, troubleshoot challenges and plan for the week ahead. These weekly meetings are invaluable for helping your feel supported, grounded and focused.
In addition, you gain access to our private Facebook group, offering additional support and resources on fostering a positive mindset. Plus, you’ll have access to the Elevate App through which you can both track progress, and stay in contact with Tiff & I throughout the week, if desired.
