12 week 1:1 coaching program
‘transforming Body, empowering Mind’
This 1:1 coaching program is for women who are ready to begin their health & nutrition journey, feel in control of their wellbeing and boost their body confidence.
Maybe you are struggling with your weight, maybe you want to have more energy to chase after your children, or maybe you simply want to age well - understanding your big picture goals is the first step towards creating the change you desire.
With three core stages - the inner work, the health fundamentals & the action plan - this program is designed to empower you to better understand, and work with (not against) your body’s needs.
We’ll look at your health from a holistic perspective - incorporating both mind & body practices; specifically sleep, nutrition, movement/exercise, self-care, gut health and nervous system regulation.
And last of course, we put all of this into action - this is where our thoughts and plans become behaviours and habits. A dynamic process of trialling, checking-in, refining & upgrading.
This 12 week package runs weekly or bi-weekly for 1 hour sessions, with flexible scheduling available and includes my coaching ‘Welcome Pack’ of useful resources and guides.
